NYC WPC Photo-Collage

I recently visited New York City this past Summer and although the time spent there was way too short, the experiences were amazing. Here is a quick collage which represents a preliminary taste of a truly life-changing visit aka make sure you stay tuned for more pics 🙂

No Worries

The days were tight with meetings and workshops. The stress of packing, travelling, unpacking and facilitating back-to-back sessions added up to one super big knot of tension which ran from the base of my neck right down into my spine.

And then, unexpectedly a gift of a few free moments just before leaving Grand Cayman to take a relaxing walk on the beach early in the morning. It was great to feel the pressure flowing out of my body as I inhaled the crisp clean air and enjoyed the gentle playful waves caressing my ankles as they whispered: “no worries!”

How do you like to relax? Do you prefer to be alone or in the company of others? If you have young children can you even relax at all? Leave me a comment 🙂

Sea + Sand + Sun = Rare Fun For Me :)

calm seas in grand cayman

Grand Cayman, paddle boards, beach, fun

Here in the Caribbean we enjoy Summer all year long but it’s during the months of July and August that the sea and sand bathed under fluffy clouds and a hot sun call to us the most … maybe because that’s when we have the most fun of all.

Feet under waves

But interestingly enough, it is really quite rare for me to even make it to the beach, far less letting the soothing waters caress my toes. You can live right by the seaside and never make it into the waves and that’s why I love this last photo here a lot 🙂
