So who is the blogger behind this blog?  15 fun things to know about me.

  1. Born and raised in the normally sunny island of Barbados
  2. Mother of a wonderful teenaged son who successfully represents his country in the sport of judo
  3. Titles when away from the corporate world include daughter, sister, niece, cousin, friend, world traveller, national-award-winning writer and health & fitness enthusiast
  4. When in the corporate world is known for being an efficient customer service trainer, professional event organizer (CMP) and queen of data management
  5. Lives to write and inspire others by sharing life’s experiences whether good or bad, especially as it relates to living in God’s Word and world
  6. Ardent supporter of the underdog
  7. Lover of life, laughter and making every single moment count as much as possible
  8. Enjoys cheesecake, maple almond ice cream and microwave popcorn
  9. Is best friends with Betty Crocker and between the two of us are known for our awesome blueberry and chocolate chip muffins – complete with sprinkles, the solution to all world problems 🙂
  10. Survivor of down-sizing, divorce and death of a loved one
  11. Misses mom who went to be with the Lord in April 2009
  12. Most important hope: that my words will motivate and inspire readers to actively make a difference in today’s challenging world and pay their blessings forward

  14. Am 100% Bajan but grateful to live amidst the amazing beauty of the Caribbean islands
