Aren’t my flowers gorgeous? My garden seems to be in overdrive but I’m definitely not complaining. So how’s your Summer going? Tell me, and here’s wishing everyone a truly great week; let’s start by smelling a pretty flower or two or three every single morning!

“We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature – trees, flowers, grass – grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence… We need silence to be able to touch souls.”
~ Mother Teresa
“Flowers always make people better, happier, and more helpful; they are sunshine, food and medicine for the soul.”
~ Luther Burbank
“You’re only here for a short visit. Don’t hurry, don’t worry. And be sure to smell the flowers along the way.”
~ Walter Hagen

I would be honoured to have you use my flower photos – as long as you declare the source (well, the human one of course; we all know the flowers are a gift from above). Looking forward to seeing the final product and good luck!

Mother Nature heals us and raises our vibration. Going barefoot is called grounding and heals us. Another way is to spread out on the ground no blanket or sit under a tree with your back to the tree no blanket. Even in the winter you can ground by walking in boots or holding the branches of a bush one in each hand or just walking in your boots, love and light Christine.

Your comment is so interesting! Have you actually done this and how do you feel during as well as after? I am now planning to try this out myself during the coming weekend. Will keep you posted but in the meantime, thanks for visiting me here; it was great having you stop by 🙂
