The word for today: “Adapt”

The only thing constant in this life is change whether it involves losses e.g. jobs, loved ones, material possessions, health or gains e.g. jobs, loved ones, material possessions, health.

Just as animals adapt to their environment so should we try to be flexible, to willingly flex to the changes that occur in our lives. Why? Because resistance is usually futile and stressful at best.

So let’s agree to just pause, breathe, and then adapt … it’s a much more effective 3-step plan to life management 🙂
