Sometimes life can just creep up on us until we have nothing left except strong wine (or strong drugs). And when that happens, we can do things which affect our entire family because we are not in control of what we are doing or where or when.

If you have children and remember getting down to an argument with your spouse or partner in their presence, think twice after reading this post. As the mom of a 16-year old son, I know he is looking to me to lead by example rather than by words only. How can I tell him not to drink when I end up drunk at dinner? How can I tell him smoking is bad for you through the smoke from my own cigarette? Definitely great food for thought – what say you?
