Was privileged to find some ‘Gale’ time which allowed me to catch up on my reading, and happy to snuggle on my couch with “Tears Fall at Night” by Vanessa Miller.
This is a touching short read which illustrates in a real way that Christians have problems too but joy does come in the morning if we hold on to our faith. I have lots of tears and they don’t only fall at night so I definitely related to this theme.
The book is currently available on Kindle as well as hard copy; here’s what I say on my official review below.
“All in all this was a great read. Early on the author pulls you right into the middle of the story and you find yourself feeling every single emotion being experienced by the characters. What I liked best was the authenticity of the story. Christians have problems too just like other people, and yes they may actually/honestly doubt God – they are not perfect! But focusing on God rather than on the drama and with a good support system, victory is sure in the end. And then of course, let’s not forget the cool bonus material included at the end. Can’t wait to read the other books in the series. If you are looking for an interesting, touching, seriously funny at times yet realistic book to read, then this is the one for you.”
But what are you reading? Is it interesting, thought-provoking, boring? I’d love to hear from you so drop me a comment and let me know.
